Putting themselves in the opposition will be a joke as they cannot do anything except ask for high pay.
As for how good they are, just observe the success or failure of the coming YOG and how the media protrayed it.

PAP must be voted out in next general elections.

Gst, COE, housing price high do not affect the lower income group mah, it only affect middle to high income group like me, I think it is fair to say you become rich or capable because the society provide that space and opportunity and that society is governed by laws and orders which the govt PAP determined and enact on from time to time to adjust ourselves to suit the ever changing enviroment, so therefore, we are not that bad, and PAP did improve our life, images, infrastructure and condition.
I would say, if i get to vote, i dun mind voting them again for peace and harmony.

I think the old man really wanted to come back and pay his respect to Lau Goh, but he knows that Goh will not allow him to do so, because Goh is all out for singapore during his lifetime, and he would be very sad if the old man is to give up the openning of world expo in which singapore play a critical role just to come back and attend his funeral.Dust to dust, ashes to ashes. Amen

Honestly no tax where to fund for infrastructure? But yah, housing prices is high, but everyone all pushing by bidding for land parcel higher n higher.
