  Dear Sir/Madam,

  Re. Poor Welfare Benefits of Staff

  I am writing to inform you of the poor welfare benefits your staffs have received.

  A relative of mine is working at Macdonald’s at the Jurong Point branch. It was heard that the staffs are forbade to visit the restrooms or even drink water during working hours.  This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. Its only basic necessity and rightful for all human beings to hydrate themselves and answer to the call of nature.    

  I am writing to ask you to please review on the welfare benefits as soon as possible and to ensure that all employees are well taken care of under the company’s rules and regulations. Otherwise, we may have to look to the Ministry of Manpower for solutions.

  Thanks for your feedback, first and foremost, this is not the right place to make your feeback to us, you can alway sent to our head office www.macd.som.sg

   

  Anyway, for the problem your relative face was well noted and the relevant manager involve was reprimanded and suspended.  Certainly, no one can prevent one for attending the call of nature.

  Our welfares and benefits have alway being in good and well maintained condition, this is an islolated case that involve an individual whose leadership is questionable, we sincerely apologise for any inconvienences caused.

   

  However on the note that you post such feedback in a public forum without the knowledge of MacDonald management, it is a threat to our business and future endeavour in Singapore. We will check up with the relevant authority and the forum's owners for your identiity and shall serve you our lawyer's letter for your perusal.
