It means the govt can't be fair when the self-interest of PAP is involved.
If the govt ministers can't be fair minded,how can they set an example to thousands of govt officers under their charge?

most if not all of the middle to major countries are already controlled by foreigners................these foreigners normally own these nations' central banks and the major commercial banks..............
they control the politicians before they even become PM or president..............most if not all the other top politicians are also ''owned'' by these people.............most of the time, they even ''own'' the opposition parties.
there are no fair govt in this world, i'm afraid or at least not one i can think of.................maybe those super low profile nations like Bhutan may have one

The govt gave priority to PAP wards for estate upgrading and the PAP used this policy to ask ppl to vote for it.Does the PAP still have the moral authority to govern?
