I have said it many times,forcing each parent to have only 1 child is too inhuman,selfish n inconsiderate.If the child were to raise until 16 or 17 years old n then passed away,due to accident or some other reasons,what will happen to all the hardship the parent try to upbring the child?
The more reasonable policy is to let their ppl to have atleast 2 children.
And also,i no need to analyse history properly for me to wanting to get rid of PAP,coz i am not historian lol.
But anyway,i dont want to continue the argument between whether Deng Xiaoping is a good leader or not,that should leave it to historians n other ppl to judge.But i believe other ppl(whether they are from China itself or foreign countries),they will also give him just 4/10 or 3/10.

It's not practical for an Asian country like China to have 1 child policy cause males are favoured more than females especially in rural areas that's why Asia is facing a shortage of girls.
