Singapore is the place for poor people

I read a 93 year old woman was all by herself to support herself by selling cardboxes.
I forgot Singapore is meant for the rich.
Our beloved saviour Lee Kuan Yew a few years ago said there was no destitute in Singapore.

Singapore works by Meritocracy, if you are "good" you will live a wonderful life in Singapore. If you are "good" you can be Minister earning huge salary.
Meritocracy is strictly speaking a system of government based on rule by ability (merit) rather than by wealth or social position. In this context, "merit" means roughly intelligence plus effort. However, the word "meritocracy" is now often used to describe a type of society where wealth, income, and social status are assigned through competition, on the assumption that the winners do indeed deserve (merit) their resulting advantage. As a result, the word has acquired a connotation of Social Darwinism, and is used to describe aggressively competitive societies, with large inequality of income and wealth, contrasted with egalitarian societies. -
Not only old people are collecting cardboard boxes and tin cans.
I have seen a younger PRC karang guni man do it too.

It's true, if you compared yourself against the top 10 people in the world, Singapore is really a place full of poor people.
Maybe our thinking hasn't reached world standards yet, and even if we does, those MPs' thinking would have already reached the ends of the galaxy.
Please don't fight with MPs and contradict ourselves, they are right because they speak for us.
Worse come to worst, they can ask you this "Why do you vote for me then if you had so much disagreement with me? What is your NRIC number again?"
Am I acting my role well today?
I believe one day, people will remember me and even do a cosplay out of me rather than our political leaders.
Unless there's somebody here who dare to do a cosplay of our MPs.
