True, but the cost of the hospital should go down to within a million.
There is too much fancy technology involved in the new hospital.
Hospitals should stick to treating patients as their main perview and worry less about ecology.
After reading the ‘14 year old Singaporean vows to leave Singapore if PAP is not voted out by the next general election’. The article written by the student has given me a wake up call. I am also a Secondary School student just like her.
First off, what I would like to mention is that I am literally being overran by Foreign Students in my school. I agree that they do provide some motivation for us to catch up and win them. However, what I cannot accept is that they are not only rude, but also inconsiderate for others. I had an experience where the foreign students would just sit at any table they like in the canteen and throw whoever’s belongings onto the floor just to sit there – yes, even if there are already students sitting there, they will just push them off or threaten them.
The foreign students are mostly from Indonesia, a minority of them are from china though. They usually stick together and do not welcome others into their group. I would say not a lot of people pay attention to them but they do piss people off and I would say my friends and I do not really like them. They shout across to each other in class in their own language like we are invisible, they talk loudly everywhere, copy our homework.
Even when they want to copy our homework, they go like “Oi, let me see” I do not believe that they are from scholarships but rather they’re family are just plain rich. Also, some of them have the habit of skipping school for no reason whatsoever, even though we are having our O lvls this year, some of them can still go clubbing at night to the wee hours and just report sick the next day. They also treat our belonging like thrash and just throw it around on the floor if they want to sit at the place. I do not see my school doing anything about them even though they skip their CCA’s and skip school. Sometimes I really wish they would all just pack up and go back to their country.
Why should these type of people be accepted into our society, they are only doing more harm than good to it. Also, why is it that Singaporean’s are a minority in Singapore, doesn’t that just prove that something is very wrong with the way this country is being run?
Till this day, I still do not understand why people still vote for the PAP, when they tell people to send the elderly to Malaysia while they work in Singapore. I quote from HEALTH MINISTER Mr Khaw Boon Wan speech “My personal view is, our land is expensive. But we have nearby neighbours in Johor, Batam and Bintan. The elderly want to reach their doctors within half to one hour.” Why do we have to send our elderly overseas just to ensure they get treatment on time. Singapore is a world class country, yet we cannot even assure the elderly that they will be able to reach treatment in time when they request for help. What rights do we have to boast that we are a world class country. Shouldn’t a world class country be able to do that?
I wish to share this with many others too. Why is it that in Singapore, things only go one way – up. It seems that Singapore is the only country in the world that is able to defy gravity as everything goes up, except our pays. Prices of food have increased, prices of housing have increased, GST increases, the Government gets a pay rise to avoid corruption, prices of public transport goes up, the number of ERP in Singapore goes up, Electricity and water prices goes up. Our pay? One way, down and rarely up. I still remember that during my primary school. $2 can last me for the whole week in school, right now? $2 is barely enough to last me for one meal in my school.
That is all I have to share. Thank you for reading.

"Hey, fucker of your own mother," (*1) - you are doing very well strutting on your hind legs as "a little Hitler" and driven by the brain of a "zwei-siao-Hog".
Does anyone need to compete with you for your pseudo-Bavarian moniker ?
Surely you do not need to be so modest in denying your role as a very accomplished ‘mother fucker’ (*2) as all the accolades are yours for keeps.

It is not a surprise that you cannot be safe being alone, and need to have a little Hitler to keep you company with your focus fixed on CSJ.

However, maybe I am just more fortunate. When I was in Sec 3 / 4, many of them are Indonesians (About 1/4 to 1/2 of them and my class is a size of about 37 including myself) and there are no such case like her........ I dont think all the foreginers are that bad, is not like all Singaporeans are good either, if not why would there be prisons anyway.

Can the thinking of a pseudo-Bavarian "zwei-siao-Hog" be depended on for its zwei-siao" views concerning the development of hospital in Singapore ?
What does a "zwei-siao-Hog" understand about "technology" that is considered to be "too fancy" - and to worry less about ecology for new hospitals in Singapore ?
If no hospitals will offer any specialised treatment with "new technology" or areas of new skills - where will Singaporeans go for treatment when they are living in the Singapore Heartlands and away from the few specialized medical centres ?
With an exploding population already taxing the existing hospital facilities, it is no surprise that the Minister of Health will dare to make the "zwei-siao" suggestions for Aged Singaporeans to consider moving to Johor Bahru - when there is a resident pseudo-Bavarian medical expert strutting its stuff in this public forum.
It will be recommended that the "zwei-siao-Hog" stick to its strutting around as a "little Hitler" playing its gangsta role as an accomplished ‘mother fucker’ (*1)

Maybe there must be a balance between each. It seemed that the ecology can bring a long term savings on utilities bills and save our earth and to be a world class country (Despite politically not), it need to have some kind of technologies for certain treatment. If not we can learn from North Korea where the hospitals and number of doctors / nurses are actually enough or even more than enough and they have no worry of such (No insurance for them, becuase their world do not have such scam concept) because the leader have taken care of it. But the problem is they have the lack of resources, and the needed technology for certain treatments (Maybe not so due to less exposure to bad life habits = less illness) but what is certain is that should they have enough food and medicine, the life generally should be ok. (Electricity is another important issue as well, but OT)

Are you certain that you have understood the "zwei-siao" thinking of the resident pseudo-Bavarian "zwei-siao-Hog" in the understanding of "ecology" that it had objected to be practised in new hospitals such as the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital ?
Is ecology anything to do with the environment that will " bring a long term savings on utilities bills and save our earth" ?
A quick check with google about "ecology" brings the following details:
As I had posted to you earlier, be very circumspect in drawing conclusions from bloggers with loose lips and a clit for a brain.
Watch for the antics of the little gangsta inside the pseudo-Bavarian Moniker that struts its little Hitler stuff guided by the brain of a "zwei-siao-Hog" - it will be coming around the planetary system in a very predictable way.

A quick check with google about "ecology" brings the following details:
- The science of the relationships between organisms and their environments. Also called bionomics.
- The relationship between organisms and their environment.
- The branch of sociology that is concerned with studying the relationships between human groups and their physical and social environments. Also called human ecology.
- The study of the detrimental effects of modern civilization on the environment, with a view toward prevention or reversal through conservation. Also called human ecology.

I think i misread the word on ecology, thinking it has to do with environment friendly, turns out to be a bio-science word.
Edit: Science also spelt wrongly.

Not to worry - as I had to make a double take to attempt to understand the complex mind of the resident "zwei-siao-Hog" in the cause for its objection towards "ecology" - especially in the "zwei-siao" manner that the statement was made:
Hospitals should stick to treating patients as their main perview and worry less about ecology.

Sorry, the moving Singaporeans to Johore is ATurdie's personal suggestion to Minister of Health. I have no connection with Aturdie's personal suggestion.
As for my view of the new Khoo Tech Phuat Hospital, it still stands as too much money is spent on trying to plant trees and plants on the roof of the hospital.
As far as new technology, I mention the fanciful ones, so you can take it as superflourous.

Did your mother-fucker brains think of the nonsense terms such as bionomics, Aturdie?
You have tits for brains and clitoris for lips as you havn't heard of planting of trees and plants on the roof of the new hospital.

We should depend on the intimate relationship of the "zwei-siao-Hog" with the "zwei-siao" Minister of Health that allow itself to know who has given any suggestions to the Minister - otherwise how else will it know all that has been passed to the Minister ?
Obviously it is from its intimate relations with the "zwei-siao" Minister that the pseudo-Bavarian "zwei-siao-Hog" can even know how much has been spent for the trees to be planted on the roof of the hospital.
Was that a concern to Singaporeans ?
With the "zwei-siao-Hog" having such expert knowledge as an accomplished ‘mother fucker’ (*1) - it is not a suprise that it will know from its own failed experience of having its mother to tell the "zwei-siao-Hog" to get "his dick out of his mother's cervix and stop sucking Hitler's little dicky".
Is it any surprise that the "zwei-siao-Hog" need a pseudo-Bavarain monicker to enhance its characteristic "guts and gore" infatuation with the likes of a little Hitler and the supposed gangsta in CSJ ?
The irony of its "zwei-siao" opinion concerning lesser technology for a new hospital is that it can ironically spell the new hospital as " the new Khoo Tech Phuat Hospital ".
Thish confirms the often repeated fact that it is too uptight with its views of things around itself - as it struts angrily as a pseudo-Bavarian with the brain of a "zwei-siao-Hog" to insist its erroneous views are the right views.
Does it even know what technology can be fanciful ones in its sweeping statement to impress everyone with its own brilliant incompetencies ?
With the angry brain of a "zwei-siao-Hog" - that is transplanted to a pseudo-Bavarian gangsta - it is not a surprise that it cannot differentiate between advances made in medical technological with its own superfluous efforts to be "superflourous".

"Hey, fucker of your own mother," (*1) - is it not obvious that "your mother-fucker brains think of the nonsense terms" which you could not even hope to grasp to have caused yourself to be so uptight ?
Should it not be a surprise that the pseudo-Bavarian Hog will think that it has exclusive knowledge of trees being planted on the roof of buildings ?
Is the planting of trees on the roof of buildings such an unheard enterprise ?
It is quite obvious that the "zwei-siao-Hog" has no appreciation for the greening of our environment as it prefer its familiar turd from its homeland in Turdistan - that it can be too embarrassed to admit but will attempt to paste its "zwei-siao" fact onto others.
Now what was the real meaning of the word - "ecology" - which the "zwei-siao-brain" from a pseudo-Bavarian Hog had attempted to impress in such bald fashion ?
"bionomics" - was that a word created by yours truly ?
Obviously, the "zwei-siao-Hog" is too angry to be able to read carefully where the word it picked had come from.
"bionomics" - what could that word mean to an angry "zwei-siao-Hog" exposed for its remarkable stoopidity as an accomplished ‘mother fucker’ (*2) ?
Yes, the clitoris of the "zwei-siao-Hog" can talk - while its labia majora is sewn up with its labia minora - should we be surprised for all the impotent anger of a little gangsta strutting to satisfy its needs to make an impression of itself as Hitler did ?
It must be a unique experience that only the "zwei-siao-Hog" can discover from its mother's tits had any brains - as afterall it has been established repeatedly that it is an accomplished "zwei-siao" ‘mother fucker’ (*2).

This sounds very fake.
Either that or another "promising" youngster who would worry about
(i) price of housing
(ii) GST
(iii) Govt Pay Raises
(iv) public transport prices when their transport fees are fixed
(v) ERPs when they clearly aren't allowed to have driving licences...
at an age below 16
Wow!

Wow!
I got to agree with you on this.
Which kid worries about COEs and ERPs?
With the coming election, I would think both sides will be battling hard to start laying the groundwork now to try to convert potential voters.
So far, I think more people are leaning and or converting towards the opposition because of the massive blunders in the previous few years by the incumbents.
The opposition doesn't even need to lift too much of a finger to convinvce voters this time round. Just sit back and watch the incumbent talk their way into a bigger hole.

You are wrong.
There is a chain effect. Yes, a child dun have to worry with ERP and COE, but think this:
Some of the child (18) got a car because her dad is a businessman.
Now, everyday must go to school, which means everyday (Except weekends) may have to go pass CBD etc because not everybody in the East study in Temasek Poly or people living in Woodlands, Sembawang and Yishun ended up in Republic Poly etc.
Like this, then there is a chance to go via ERP and maybe there is a limit her dad give on ERP allowance. (Buying a car is a birthday present most likely dont cover these, just like lucky draw)
Of course, this is extreme case. Lets look at more realistic case.
Dad owns a car. Everyday he is burden with ERP becoz the work place in CBD when they live in non CBD areas.
Now what happen is, becoz he dont earn so much, with the ever expanding ERP, and price increasing, it means he can give to the family is getting less and less.
With the income to the family is decreasing, then what a mother of a child could do is the reduce the allowance for their child.
It affects in all age group of child.
For primary school kid, it means that they have 1 less pokemon card to trade or an ice-cream.
For secondary school kid, it means that they have 1 less bag, accessories or movie with their friends etc
For Poly / JC kid, it means that they have less money to save for another pa toh-ing date, or give their gf / bf present in an upcoming "important date".
So, they cant blame their parents for incompetence in providing enough allowance for all these but government for collecting too much money from their family and in result of reduce in all these things stated above.

1 - Price of Housing. Even poly kids also worry their life, such that insurance agents in poly are common. Also, their parents may have nagged their child not to go into a relationship and getting married becoz of many burdens.........
2 - Need not say. A child buy their hand bag, watch movies, play arcade or eat food with their friends faces GST.
3 - This is more like jealousy minded. What my ..... parents cannot earn that much!!!
4 - Who say? Buses fare are fixed at $0.45 but MRT is not. It is pegged to certain adult fare range = $0.40 and above certain limit (I think is $1.35 in adult fare) = $0.50
Also, because he is approaching 16, after his O levels, after the year of December 31, he will have to pay adult fare, despite having a secondary school card until he admitted into a Poly or JC (Much sooner than Poly). I have experienced this, so dont argue.
5 - Read my above chain of effect theory.

1) Sec sch students, not poly students. He/she must really be a promising individual to think so far ahead.
2) Their parents pay. Kids don't see much GST.
Also, if they are so poor to need to complain so much on GST, there's no need to buy new handbags, watch movies, etc.
3) So that's a cause of concern or worry to a sec sch kid that his/her parents cannot earn so much????? Wow!
4) Refer to point number 1
40c to 50c for transport also complain??? During my time in the 1990s, it was 45 c also!
5) Refer to point number 1 again.

How far is a sec school student is away from Poly? Does the article mentioned he got a Poly sibilings OR Poly friends or maybe friends from ITE / JC also can?
Although for point 2 is their parents pay GST, but usually it is parents giving a certain limit of pocket money, maybe $6 to $10 per day which is inclusive of GST. With a plate of rice's GST about 10 cents per meal, all these can be sliently kept and acculmulate a $7 in a matter of 2 months, which is enough to watch a movie liao.

You still missed the point. Thinking of costs few years ahead??? And if the article did not mention, that means you are second guessing. There's no point adding more "ifs". Easily, one could also ask what if his/her parents are millionaires?
As for your GST point, it's so obvious you are unclear in your head. First you say they face GST when going for those luxury items. Now you tell me it's their meals. Make up your mind. If they are seriously so hard up to worry and complain about that extra 10 cents per meal, what for go out to watch movies?

Yeah, you go on counting.
Let me help u if you can't count.
10 cents per meal = 30 cents per day = 9 bucks per month
1 mil / 9 bucks = 111111 months = 9259 years
Try again, dude.
You can try saving $5 per meal too.
$5 per meal = $15 per day = $450 per month
1 mil / 450 = 2222 months = 185 years
the 14 year old instead of lamenting, should praise the majority for giving us the leaders. Without the Majority, the leaders could never have given themselves the mandate. And the rest is history. Thanks , Majority. I love you.
