  They ask for feedback and ideas are just for show only, at least they can said after hearing all the feedback and ideas, we have decided to increase the this and that or do this and that, but actually, govt had already discussed among themselves and make the decision already, maybe over a game of mahjong or on the golf course or in a hot sauna with some gals. So, feedback and gathering ideas is just to for show ya, at least, make you feel happy and owned for being consulted

  LHL need not be PM.His wife gets very high salary.He can be CEO of govt linked company if he is not PM.His brother is in private sector and earns a lot and doesn't want to be politician.

  My main msg was PM didn't tell MPs how to debate the budget.

  MPs can choose another person to be PM.

  Before becoming an MP, an yet to be MP is choosen by PM for election, after winning the election, he/she become a MP of a town, get a seat in the parliament and is allowed to vote for any bills being pass in the parliament. As for the appointment of PM, it is the appointed Ministers gather together to vote and appoint the PM, the DPMs etc etc...after being voted as PM, the PM will choose his cabinet of Ministers, who to take care of what and so on. MPs have no right to choose a PM ya.
