The flar in this country is still not big, furthermore it is getting smaller with the latest flats being built, it is the only source of public housing available so locals no choice but to buy it as they need a roof over their head. With the increasing prices of public housing, young couples might have no choice but to buy a house in JB, Malaysia where it is bigger.
