here, we are at people mercy - what can one expect
in european countries - union leaders and workers went on strike - if they are in an adverse situations
here, it's illegal to protest/strike
so vote wisely, that's the least that we could do - make things happen!

Will wise voting happen?
Singaporeans are too timid a bunch. No guts to even vote properly. In any other country, the people would have crucify the govt for making such unacceptable decisions, or remarks on the people. But in our country? We still vote them in.
I am losing faith in my fellow countrymen. If we don't make our voices heard in the next election, I think I truly give up on our own people. We only have ourselves to blame for the problems we are facing now.

We have "unique" government and Singaporeans in the country of Singapore. The Singaporeans look upon the government as their bosses and dare not do anything to be "sacked, dismissed, fired" and blacklisted.
i think it all boils down to these 2 questions :
1. Who is Responsible for the declining Productivity for the last many years in a row?
2. Who can take Credit if Productivity really improves?
How's that? Succint? Concise?
