Men are born greedy and corrupted, it is only the boundary set that limited their greed.
Just like if you pay a Minister $50 per month, he/she will be out of the boundary.
ANGEL70,
IS THIS GOING TO BE like your theory on re-engineering???
yes, changes is inevitable, it is only a matter of sooner or later, some countries works in a way of paying less but corrupt more, some work in a way of paying more but corrupt less. It is the same, but my recent study prove otherwise, there is a different, corruption in certain countries can get thing done, paying high paid to curb corruption may not get thing done. On the other hand, if let say economy is down and everyone is down, corruption will be less, even the person who is corrupted understand that he will get less, but high paid is different, it will remain static no matter what happen, and that is where we loose out. Hmmm...brilliant

It will be a great asset, if i can stay in singapore in the future. =D

At your age, you should placed emphasis on your studies as first priority instead of getting the Singapore citizenship. I am not sure how young to be eligible but my guts' feel is definitely not 16 when you are only a minor.
They said if you contribute an initial 150k into the CPF with a continous monthly contribution of 2k, most likely, your PR application can be approve.
