You need an impartial Justice system if either party claims that the election is rigged, something which is lacking.
That's what happened in the US when there were issues with the votes regarding Bush. It was also judged in the courts in Pakistan regarding Musharaff. If the Justice system is a kangaroo court, you can rest assured that you will lose the case even if you are right.
When the case is judged in the courts, the public is allowed free access to the judgement and trial. If the public finds that grievious wrong has been done, they can usually take to the streets to protest the judgement, but then again, we can't protest here.
Who knows, maybe they will lock you up in a ballroom and let everybody protest with doors closed.

If the public does not agree with the judgement, they can protest in the streets. The rule of democracy is a rule by the people, not by one or two persons.

ahh... if the people of the country split into 2 factions how? half say yes, half say no? even if not half, 25% of the country population is enuff to ensure the country goes down...

Your life and arguments are all based on "ifs". How likely is it that it is split exactly at the 50% mark? Means odd number of population, someone must be chop into half.
25% of opposition is enough to ensure that the country goes down? I thought there are 33.3% of oppposition votes in Singapore during the last election.
Maybe that's why Singapore is going down now and it's without the action of opposition members.

Your premise is that Democracy has so many different thoughts and ideas, it's difficult to please everybody. Then I think you should suggest everybody revert back to communism. That way everybody will be contented, by force that is. You will by hook or by crook be contented, otherwise you will be sent to the paddyfields for 改�.
