ARE THE ELECTIONS RIGGED ?

this has been bugging me for many years............everywhere, almost everyone say the same things................how they hate PAP and LKY, his family and all the mickey mouse ministers and MPs...........
but yet every election , these clowns and goons always win...................of course, the vast majority of civil servants and employees of stat boards and govt-linked companies will vote for them out of fear................but shouldn't there be enough votes for more opposition MPs............???
also, since the media is controlled by you-know-who................and the vote counters are also ''part of the gang''.....................do we really know who won ???
just like those TOTO lotteries, how do we know if there's really mulitple 1st prize winners or not ? maybe there's only 1 winner and they declare 2 so they pay half of the winnings only. S'porePools could have been ripping us off all along..................
heck, maybe the PAP lost a long time ago............but the media say they win leh...........like this how ah ???

Look who is in charge of the Election Department. It is PRIME MINISTER LEE HSIEN LOONG in charge of the Election Department.
So that perhaps tell something about it.

honestly, even if by neutral party, how can we ensure they wont fall for bribes on either side?as TS stated, we cant 100% trust anyone... so how?

You know prior to Soeharto downfall Indonesia was faced with similar election situation that's facing Singapore for decades. Then the ony party which won by a landslide and did that all the time was GOLKAR.
Do you know who won after Soeharto resigned from presidency and Habibie held the first democratic election?
Megawati's PDI-P . . . . .
That alone was enough evidence that all along our election was rigged . . . .

Umm the 2001 election was the proof...Soeharto even tried to hijack Megawati's political vessel most probably fearing her party's growing influence. In the last election Golkar now has been reduced from a previous dominant party to just one of respectable parties even losing to newer parties such as Demokrat and PKS. All I'm saying is Golkar which seemed invincible was seen that way due to no small part of Soeharto's manipulation of election and iron fist rule. Once Soeharto was gone and fair democratic election is presented people elect whichever party they want to elect. At least until some stupid elites thinking that they could regress the situation into a fake democratic regime again and try just that. -
