  well, think about this.. the moment Lau Goh leaves his seat, you think Mabok Tongue will not find excuses to take all the flats back and flog the land to the condo developers?

  anyway, here's the ad...

  => $990k for a HDB flat

  Mabok Tongue should come out and just declare his douchebaggery right now

  That is the crazy price to buy a hdb flats.

  If I have that cash, I rather live in condo, and still got excess of at least $200,000+ to keep in the saving account.
