take potong pasir case. the new candidate back then i heard only visit the residence when election. since chiam was on potong pasir i think papy candidates should at least discuss or work with chiam's people on improving the place. as long as the alliance is to help people there as much as possible without involving party clash in principles or rules why not? heard that one disapperas after election. pity Goh Chiok Tong have to step in and help in getting votes.

fantagf. some lands they don't touch have reasons. also some ulu areas sg gahmen need to preserve. i still go for land expansion. more land into our water territories. even expand offshore at ubin or tekong as long as it is within our rule and jurisdiction go for it.

you should know by now the thunderstrike party is all for power, control, and most importantly money. they heck care about building good rapport with people in PP or work along with Chiam where PP is concerned.Don;'t if u remember. the last election, the PAP's candidate bought the residents in PP sharkfin's soup or abalone. This in a way is bribery

I believe they must have already done study on reclaiming land for expansion and may be they find it not feasible to do it anymore.
It is ironical, knowing singapore is just a small dot with scarce land yet they allow so many foreigners stay here.

True. They issue PR like nobody's business. They are extremely desperate to give PR away. So far I have hairstylists told me they received letters from govt inviting them to be PRs here. PR in other countries need to be applied by other nationalities. -

Property taxes should be removed. qhat's that? its not really my property hdb selling flat to me at leasehold of 99yrs only. i don't call that mine so why must tax on that? i still paying loan for my flat and loan with interest if i can't pay hdb takle back the flat. now why tell me is there such thing as property tax every year?

Angel i heard from fedbacks at ground zero as observed by people living at potong pasir. what better place to get news as this happen after elections even why papy side lost. so can see the true face. if that candidate insist on working for the people there he should continue to apply for the sit next election and put some good suggestion (even if he has to work with opposition , same to all opposition vice versa) so that people benefit in the end.i don't care about hippo and pappy differences. the people are what these hippo and pappy are paid for in millions per month or per year. we expect results from them, even if it means getting something out of nothing doing the possible out of the impossible.

for the price of a 500k 4 rm flat, you can buy 5 terrace unit in iskandar region in JB. only 15 mins away from singapore somemore.
