emotion arrives from thinking, and thinking arrives from perception...therefore perception is very important to human behavor, if one see wrong, one will think wrongly and feel emotionally wrong. -

Many times when my colleagues goes into flying temper and began to shoot angry mail immediately, I usually told her, hey, hold on the send mail, go out, smoke, relax and come back. Your thinking will be different. -

Action is a reflection on one thinking and peception that can affect another person thinking and perception, and this lead to human evolution.You get angry, it makes other angry and so on. It just take a cool head to cool down and the cooling effect will take place.

That is what I usually do.
When angry while working and wanted to shoot that someone with email, I just hold on, go downstair, drink, do whatever you want, once cool down, come back again and reflect all over again. It works wonders.
Just move 1 step backward and everything will be fine.

working class sure got friction here and there one lah, it is all up to the organisation culture, some culture must have back stabbing and quarrelling to get thing done, some must shout here and there to do it, it all voice down to the boss...but most boss dun really care, as long as profit come in and shareholders are happy, you guys can go and rot as you want.
