Didn't you know that 2 PRs siblings above 21 years can buy a HDB resale apartment but single Singaporeans can only buy HDB resale upon reaching 35 years old ??
Best proposal from what I read in other forums is to allow PR family to buyHDB resale apartments but sell later-on without profit (any profit goes to charity). Profit can only be retained after they become Sg citizens.
They can buy 4room and below, cannot buy 5 room.
If want 5 room, need to buy resale type, not new flats.
