I am pretty rational.
By voting against PAP, we tend to get more benefits, even if PAP wins.
Even if voting results may be skewed, real data cannot lie, and they will feel the fury.

Thank goodness, majority of the students these days are not stupid. I believe they have eyes to see, ears to hear, encounters to know how "good" the ruling party is.

I'm sad to say that most people I know of, didn't understand the logic of:Vote against PAP, get more benefits (from PAP), even if PAP wins eventually.

They are not stupid. They see the entire country full of foreigners. They feel uneasy. They know something is not right. They won't support PAP, so PAP is starting a campaign to "educate" them on what sort of party to support.

I met this Malay lady and she told me that she is sad that her teenage kids told her that they cannot stand Singapore and want to migrate. The kids are not happy with the way the govt is running the country.For those overseas Singaporean students, majority of them just wanna find jobs and settle there and not return.

Just use simple logic enough already. Simple words, short messages is the key to effective propaganda.

I think it's a good move to educate student and people about politics and its evolution. However, it is just as important to give people the opportunities to practice it.
Last term, my husband was teaching political science at school and he had like 400 students in his class. He got the students to form and organize different sorts of political parties, promote their ideologies and bring up issues concerning them, and then got other students to vote for their parties. However, this is what happens in practice in the country where they live in, where political parties get voted into power.
I think the proposal is great if it is to educate and engage...to create a more dynamic and active society.
