i got a better idea,,....they can take off their shirt and pants and give it to the next foreigner coming to singapore.that way when the foreigners wear the shirt n pants ...he will remember singapore all the time.its much cheaper too,

getting foreigners in by the millions,,,why not get 6 million....better still get 10 million!!!we can fit them into all the hdb flats n army camps in singapore. there is no purpose fer getting so much in...........anyone can see it already.

most who get scholoarship just left singapore after studies.get overseas high paying job and forgot about spore due to werk committments.

And also, being trained here, Foreigners returning to their homeland to seek better future will have think of Singapore and we hope that they think of doing business with Singapore. Just like a Singaporeans going overseas to work, train and study, they will have a feeling for that particular for the rest of their life, and you clearly also have that in mind.
