No, he supports opposition.
Reverse psychology in making countries like Australia and HK "look" bad.

If lionnoisy is sincere in supporting opposition, I think he should stop making threads defending PAP govt.

It's best before you make stupid posts (but you make them anyway 100% of the time), to check your facts right.
For example, how much does a public housing in SG cost, when HK is rental and is not expensive?
Just one stupid superficial comparison from you, and you waste a space in this forum
HK public housing and SG public housing schemes are VERY DIFFERENT, aside from sharing the word "public"
"HK public housing and SG public housing schemes are VERY DIFFERENT, aside from sharing the word "public""
HK rental housing dept staff also very different from HDB? If u ask HDB staff this they can assume that u r asking that and then answer u by a standard answer:

HDB HQ,
My question is assuming that the occupier(Join Singles Scheme) wishes to take over a unit(become the registered tenant of the unit), then what are the conditions for this "permitted occupier" to be qualified as the "registered tenant" for the unit? Please tell me all of the conditions, for eg, he must be a Singaporean.
Why do some "permitted occupier"(already staying at the unit) can not serve as the "registered tenant"(Join Singles Scheme) when the registered tenant quit from the unit? What are the reasons that make them can't serve as "registered tenant"? Please tell me directly all of the reasons that make a "permitted occupier"(already staying in the unit) can't serve as a "registered tenant", for eg, he is a Singapore PR.
The reply from Miss Wendy Zhang was assuming that the unit still applying, that is totally different. I don't know why she wants to assume that the unit is still applying.
I think I would need to keep on asking if the attitude for the reply is so, and then you will also have to keep on busying for the reply. My enquiry is not for you to train new staff, can you ask some experience staff to help if Miss Zhang is a new staff.

HDB,
My enquiry was:
If your in charge officer do not really do what he/she has to do for the "feedback" or try to help to cover it, then where can the public make a "further complaint " for the case and those staff who are trying to cover it?
The reply from your Estates Officer Justina Tan was:
If a member of the public "wishes to feedback" on matters related to HDB's services or staff, he/she can email his/her concern to our Quality Service Manager at [email protected]> or contact them at Tel: 1800-8663063 . HDB will look into the matter. We hope that we have clarified your concerns.
What I mean is "the feedback has sent to QSM", but "why your officer likes to assume that the feedback has NOT sent " and some more teach me where to make a feedback? And still hoping that she has clarified my concerns!
Can this kind of reply clarified the concerns?
Did she read the enquiry properly, if she can't read then can somebody else help her?
May be I have to repeat the enquiry many times then they can understand actually what I am trying to ask:
If the feedback has sent to QSM HDB, but the officer who in charge of investigating the feedback do not really do what he/she has to do for the feedback or try to help to cover it, then where can the public make a further complaint(complaint the problem for one more time to different place/dept) for the case and those staff who are trying to cover it(including the officer who in charge of investigating the feedback).
