Right, the flats appreciate, sell to pay for the exorbitant medical fees and then live under the flyovers....
This is why in this "cursed despot with a zombie wife"'s country you have old people working, cleaning tables at hawker centers. In other countries, their housing is free (since they are living in freehold apartments) pass down to them from generations down.
All they need is 3 meals a day and find medical treatment in Government hospitals instead of "public money grabbing cursed despot" hospital.
