It seems that our government is always trying to import foreign stuff and look down on local stuff.
I didn't understand why this was so until I found out that Lee Kuan Yew was a peranakan who despises dialect chinese.

actually i hope the STB did not take this as a strategy...cause the concept of "LUCK" is more engrain in Chinese than in Indians.
They should go out and lure the Taiwanese....for a quick get away...
