New HDBS at cost price. Resale HDBs subsidised.

  Do you think it would be a good thing that NEW HDBS are sold to SINGAPOREANS ONLY at cost price. PR, NON-CITIZENS are not allowed to purchase.

  If not, at a 5% profit only.

  Resale HDBs should be subsidised. Then again, resale HDBs can only be sold to SINGAPOREANS or NATURALISED SINGAPOREANS.

  This would bring down the price of these resale HDBs.

  Non-citizen? Get yourself a condo or something, I don't care if you die on the streets.

  Since when does the government sell HDB to you at "cost price"?

   

  It's very very easy to get citizenship these days, 100k to 200k new citizens a year is not a problem.
