  The rising prices of HDB flats isn't going to help when this government keeps inviting more people here to stay.

  actually become more exp also good

  so that i can offload my flat at a higer price

  as i brought mine at a v good price..

  but then if i buy another one, i also pay more

  i think i just stay in my ark will do
