I've watched the interview via the link you provided and I must say the interview does not match the headlines that you have put up. You are saying it like she performed badly for the interview, but she actually did quite well and in fact she did answered the questions posted. The entire interview was being conducted in a fairly friendly mood and being asked questions hardly constitute to "being grilled". I am now seriously doubting the neutrality and biasness of Singaporenewsalternative.blogspot.com.
Pure foolish interpretation to believe that the interview was anything but a cordial, very friendly, and professional dicourse that place Singapore in a positive spotlight.

Sorry, but I think if that was grilling, then what I do everyday to department juniors must be CIA interrogation.
Firstly, the Singapore government wants bigger businesses to do better and have to sacrifice small timers like hawkers. But in the long run, the common people will suffer because of such high handedness.
I wonder why bloomberg interview the CEO of STB for?
do they run out of CEO's for an interview? if you must interview a CEO in Singapore, at least interview CEO from Temasek, OCBC, UOB lar or SIA.
