Temasek's "Deferred Compensation at risk" in staff Compensation is very unique.
60 % of all compensation is in this Deferred mode.
Does this mean staff can only collect relevant compensation for any
business year after 3 to 9 years ?
If so,this method can prevent sfaff to get huge bonus
in short term but their decisions may harm Temasek in long term.
