Very sad, most of the threads in this forums have come to naught. Perhaps we need a more serious forum.
I would suspect some of the forumers are here to destroy the serious threads. Their intentions were to stop others from having a serious discussion on important topics.

Unfortunately this is just a forum where people voice their views and discontent. Any serious discussion may also has its own repercussions, e.g. blacklist.

What kind of outcome did you expect for the threads in this forum ?Are you referring to the "non-actions taking off from the words said", or simply the "quality of the discussion" ?
You are correct - if you are referrng to the flippant silly remarks from some infantile angelic individual that is bent on being irrelevant with its many insufferable posts, with an objective at being a SgForum member with the highest count of votes since its membership date.
If you are referring to the quality of the discussion, it will take the efforts from everyone to contribute to a high quality in research and thinking.
If you are referring to "non-actions taking off from the words said" - then it will depend on the private agenda, commitment, and sense of security in the present Singapore Society.

Yes, this is a public forum - are you contritbuting anything that address the issues in the thread ?If you are contributing any issues in this public forum - you should know that you are open to being questioned for your views.

What to do, when one loose it arguement, he tends to insult others, that i have learned from my psychology course, and now it seem more practical to understand it. Opposition must learn to be calm, steady, cool, nice, friendly and outspoken in the public. But with all these supporters here and maybe some candidates here posting by calling other peoples bad names, where is the charismas and caring??
