actually, in my 21 years of life mingling with peoples, i find that u can really see and spot a different between peoples leadership, some just pop up and start to take the lead without much asking or personal gain. Like my staffs, i can see one or two are true leader, not only in the starting phase, which most people tends to work hard to please the boss, but the consistency of repeating the leadership behavor that probed me to make them a leader, therefore i find that our MM ideology of finding the leader is true to the very sense that, we should identify potential leadership qualities among pples, then we train them to a higher platform to lead better and better. So, the ideology here is to locate leader and train them, not to train them and then make a leader for sake of promoting leadership. Hope that is clear to all.
