    Are you not aware that the PAP Government has been able to accumulate the annual surplus by controlling all the essential services needed by Singaporeans ?

    The annual surplus are transferred from the Finance Ministry to the GIC and TH for their money managers to grow these funds.

    You may wish to google on the subject of "Growth by managing the GDP" - which is what the PAP has been doing by increasing the number of new migrant arrivals that is suppose to stimulate domestic activities.
