  What are the emission standards on Singapore's public buses? Is it that they must meet Euro IV standards for all new bus purchases?

  You can go to the Bus Forum. 
  
  Anyway, most of the buses in Singapore are Euro 3 and below, except for the new buses. =)

  Yeah.

  And mind that the first WAB in SG is also E3.
