Rilis TIM Verifikasi Independen Kematian David Persidangan Koroner Terakhir
TIM Verifikasi Independen Kasus Kematian David Hartanto Widjaja, menyampaikan kepada Saudara-Saudara rekan jurnalis, wartawan, blogger, citizen reporter, serta masyarakat luas, bahwa:
- Persidangan koroner sudah sampai kepada titik akhir pada 25 Juni 2009, dan sidang berikutnya keputusan pengadilan pada 29 Juli 2009. Di antara tenggang waktu tersebut Keluarga David, mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Electrical Electronic Engineering, Nanyang Technological University, Singapura yang meninggal pada 2 Maret 2009 itu, memasukkan Submission melalui lawyer pada 15 Juni ke pengadilan; keterangan tambahan sesuai dengan versi keluarga dan bahan-bahan verifikasi TIM.
- TIM menilai, sesuai dengan verifikasi terakhir, termasuk keterangan Shashi Nathan, lawyer yang ditunjuk keluarga kepada OC. Kaligis - - di mana TIM menjembatani keluarga dan OC.Kaligis memberikan supervisi hukum secara pro bono - - nyata adanya kematian David sebuah konsprirasi, berbau politis.(it's evident that David's death is a political conspiracy)
- Hukum dua ranah; berdasarkan fakta nyata, dan atau berdasarkan fakta di lantai persidangan, kini menabalkan kenyataan seluruh data-data digital yang dibawa penyedik ke pengadilan, terutama foto, video, hard disk laptop, memori hand phone, keseluruhan tanpa hashing data, yang diakui secara internasional dapat dipertanggung-jawabkan sebagai bukti.
Atas hal di atas, TIM mengajak rekan media, jurnalis, wartawan, blogger, citizen reporter, serta masyarakat luas, terus memverifikasi, mengawal kasus ini, agar kebenaran seutuhnya menjadi hak keluarga, menjadi martabat bangsa mengetahuinya; karena sosialisasi awal bahwa David menusuk professor, melukai nadi sendiri, melompat bunuh diri: dari keyataan luka benda tajam, menjadi hanyalah isapan jempol belaka.

Too bad thing happen, Foreign talent against foreign student, that is the case, you got to be focus, the state holds no grudges over all these stuff, nor does LKY got time to bother it.

David case is full of filth one must be a total idiot not to notice that it involves political conspiracy. The article agrees with me. Must have felt proud killing students...kill them before they ripe to become anybody. Only this time the world is watching! The cat is out of the bag. -

NTU STUDENT'S DEATH FALL
Request to switch lawyer

FOR the second time, the family of David Hartanto Widjaja submitted a letter to the State Coroner Victor Yeo requesting a suspension of the proceedings of the inquiry into their son's death.
Last Wednesday, the family had called for a suspension requesting for nine additional names to be called to the stand as witnesses.
This time however, they requested that their Singapore lawyer Mr Shashi Nathan be replaced by criminal lawyer Subhas Anandan.
Mr David Widjaja, then aged 21 and in his final year at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), allegedly stabbed Associate Professor Chan Kap Luk before falling to his death in March.
The Widjaja family said their Indonesian lawyer had been in touch with Mr Anandan a few days back.
Mr Anandan said he was approached for reasons that "do not have to be stated in court".
Mr Nathan said that "none of this information had been communicated to him by the family prior to this morning's hearing".
Mr Anandan however said he would not be able to take on the case unless proceedings were further adjourned to give him sufficient time to prepare for the case as his hands were full.
The State Coroner rejected the family's application saying that this was already the last day of the second tranche and that 'in the interest of justice" it would be better for David' brother, William Widjaja, to finish giving his testimony.
He also added that for a new counsel to be appointed this late a stage, the counsel must "be willing and able to act, and act for the family".
Mr Yeo gave the family two options: Continue with Mr Nathan, or proceed without a counsel to represent them.
The Widjaja family went with the former.
Mr Nathan said that he would help the family to the end as he did not want to delay the proceedings.

When Mas Selamat escaped, fuckers said the Singapore Police Force must have tortured him to extract confession until he died. So, they dumped the body and declare him an escape. I had silly friends who bought that story. In the end, the bastard's found in Malaysia. So, that conspiracy theory = epic fail.
Could you enlighten me on your conspiracy theory? And how the hell does MM Lee Kuan Yew come into the picture?

Hell, yeah. I had a friend of mine who argued so strongly and passionately for Mas Selamat's death at the hands of the ISD that you could swear that he'd stake his own life on it.
Haven't seen that friend of mine in months, which is too bad, for I sure would have liked to laugh in his face once the news of Mas Selamat's recapture broke out.
Back to David Widjaja. Assuming that there even is a high-level conspiracy, then exactly what is the motive for the conspiracy?
What? His honours thesis was on some top-secret Tesla Coils and room temperature superconductors?
He found out that the chief of MI-7 (our top secret spy organization) likes to read 8 Days while sitting on the john every morning?
What was the motivation for offing some foreign kid?!?!?!
