SG can't survive the war as NK has nuclear arsenal. Most likely, SG need foreign military to aid SAF. I doubt SAF could fight alone.

According to what i read..
the ship needs to refuel and most probably it will be in Singapore. Unless there are other ports pre-arranged. Unless Myanmar govt willing to contract some one to refuel out in international water. but it looks like the ship will need to dock in a couple of days time.
It will take another 4 days sailing from SG to Myanmar.
I think the US and China is in discussion for a collective decision.

The Kang Nam is expected to dock at Myanmar's Thilawa port, some 20 miles (30 kilometers) south of Yangon, in the next few days, said the Irrawaddy, an online magazine operated by independent exiled journalists from Myanmar, citing an unidentified port official.
A shipping expert said a vessel the size of the Kang Nam would need to refuel in Singapore if it wants to travel the 4,100-mile (6,660-kilometer) distance between Nampo and Myanmar.
The journey from Nanpo to Singapore should take about nine days, and another four days after refueling to reach Myanmar, the official from Sinokor Merchant Marine Co
All eyes is on Singapore. But I am not sure if Singapore's eye is on China? or strict UN resolution?
The statement below looks like a warning.............not sure if SG govt will test the "reasonable ground"
In Beijing, Foreign Ministry spokesman Qin Gang said China will "strictly observe" and implement the resolution. He urged other nations to also heed the U.N. guidelines requiring "reasonable grounds" to request an inspection.
Once SG have to board the ship and it is found to be armed shipment than Singapore port become a Arm transhipment for myanmar.
I think it might be better off if they are hijack by Singapore Pirates
