I would expect gays to promote the spreading of aids in singapore. Its not an alternative lifestyle, but an immoral one. I dont hope to see faggots running loose in the streets

there's a difference with hating them and not agreeing with their lifestyle.
sometimes i don't understand why ppl can't see the difference.
it's like smoking. i don't agree with my friends' smoking habit, but it doesn't mean i hate them.

Precisely. I don't condone gay relationship but i don't condemn them. We will just have to live and let live.
It is like I don't condone gambling but I don't hate gamblers.

Everyone wants to prove that they are in the "right" because they want to be in the limelight/famous. The fact is there is no right/wrong in every matter, its due to different preference/experiences/knowledge that each individuals have.

ya loh, I have many friends who smoke, but they don't blow smoke in my face, they don't tell my children that smoking is another life style. They go to their corner, like the smoking room in some airport, and enjoy themselves there. I don't hate them...really.
why should I, they take the risk for the pleasure they have. I reserve the right to tell my children that smoking causes cancer, although there are other reasons for cancer.

You can still be affected by passive smoking. And it is a habit that can be picked up by anybody.
You lot can't get it into your heads that homosexuality is not contagious. If you and your children aren't gay in the first place then there is no inclination to act on. It only happens if you go to prison and end up so depraved that you commit sodomy.
Their lifestyles do not affect you any more than a straight person's might. Get hit on by another guy? You will then probably know what it feels like to be stalked as a woman.
