The most ideal position for Singaporeans, is to be the boss, by right if most of us took the earlier opportunity, studied hard or take the right situation to set up business, we are all bosses, but sad to say not all people hv that capabilities, so some remain as workers, and we take care of them because they are singaporeans, but most importantly they hv to motivate themselve and love themselve first, even God cannot help a person who dun help himself.Do you that by employing older singaporeans workers, I get 40k from govt everyyear. So are most of the Companies, 40k, not 400 dollars ok, isn't the govt doing it best to help our older singaporeans??
MNC investment are the hard work of EDB, they are one who lure them in, EDB will outline the quota Singaporeans against nos of foreigners. And MNC are big investor, like or not, we depend on them, once they invested, thousands of jobs are created, and our economy churned, if MNC is to employ too many foreigner, i believe that they better leave here and invest in the country the foreigners came from. As said, quotas is spell out to them, and they understand where they are investing. MNC dun just look at the workforce, but also the infrastructure such as our ports, transport system, highways, etc etc and also our Society as a whole, where are our stress line, are we harmonise and peaceful to operate in, these are the factors that Make us one of the top places where investor like to come, and therefore our pie increased and we need foreigners to help us. Other than that, to maintain a peaceful and harmony, we need good lawmakers and people to handle it day by day, our roads need to uprgrade and maintain accessibility, our ports and airports need to be vigilant and fast and flexible. And many thing so forth....and all these create jobs too.
