  Ask those sengkang people to cycle out of their estate and eat good/cheap food la.. Tampines or Hougang also can... Cheap and no incur of transport fee.

  the way singaporeans are buying condos and houses over a million dollars per unit/house, if must be joking if the govt is thinking you are poor,...sure they chop you lah. Recently dad bought the Meadow at 1 million, and you know the Gst 7% is how much...think hor
