What would you do if you are PM for a day?

I see a lot of interesting suggestions and criticisms of our current government policies in this forum. I would say that some of these suggestions are constructive, but on the other hand some are downright unworkable. So if you are Prime Minister of Singapore for a day, what will you do? Which policy will you change? What new policies will you introduced?
Please keep the discussion civilised and constructive. Rhetoric and name calling (such as despot, asslicking, etc) are not appreciated and will not elicit a response from me.

Increase my salary and the salary of my friends, relatives and family members by another few millions per person, because good help is so hard to find these days. By doing so, I will be able to attract the best talents to government and prevent corruption.
Do I sound convincing?
***Before I start increasing my salary, I need to enact policies that would ensure that I would be PM for the longest term. Can probably spread some rumours that if opposition ever takes over the rein of government, all the female citizens will end up as maids in other countries and all the males will end up as construction workers in other countries.

Well in this time of high unemployment, I will make it a law to retrench all the "cheap foreign talents" to focus on ensuring all true Singaporeans are gainfully employed.
I believe all will agree that whoever become the government has the obligations to take care of own fellow citizens.

morning: wear a nice suit, go to my istana office, shake hands with a foreign delegate and let the press take nice photos.
afternoon: visit to a school/exhibition wearing the same shirt without the tie and jacket. pull one or two curtains that reveal stones commemorating the opening of some facility. let the press take nice photos again.
night: attend the x-th anniversary dinner of some trade union. make a speech with an idea of what you want to appear in tomorrow's headlines. let the press take nice photos yet again.

- Cut all leadership pay of our government by half. Emphasize need that politicians are to "Serving the people", NOT "politics is a career"
- Write into constitution that a PM can only be in office for 2 terms, and must step down immediately once 2 terms are up. Can still remain a politician
- Abolish MM, SM positions, reduce DPMs from 2 to 1.
- Abolish positions "Ministers in the PM Office". These are Highly paid secretaries, so cut costs
- Abolish positions "2nd Minister for <ministry name>". 1 Minister per ministry is sufficient, as there are ministers of state deputizing the minister.

I would out-source the position of the President.(can I do that?) and only use their services when there are foreign dignitaries visiting, during national holidays (to take photos with visitors at the Istana) and when there are death penalty appeals to be considered.
I would also make an irrevocable change (ha ha, cannot be changed after I relinquish my PM position the next day), myself to take a 50% pay cut and 30% for all other ministers, MPs, etc.

Why not? after all our president is only good for eating abalone, sharks' fin, and residing in large residences that take up too much opportunity costs (if we remove Istana, that piece of land can be used for better things)
Yes, I think you can consider making an irrevocable change to the constitution that a PM can only sit for 2 terms :p

PM if two term limit than you will see 1 new SM every 2 terms...

No work, no tax, no revenue for government. So money come from where?
