We should be glad that it happened. It made paupers out of millionaires and serves as a warning and deterrent to those in power and in corporate greed. Greed is like the devil, it spares no one, including ones evil like itself
The man who has won millions at the cost of his conscience is a failure. If you think of life as like a big pie, you can try to hold the whole pie and kill yourself trying to keep it, or you can slice it up and give some to the people around you, and you still have plenty left for yourself. One of the most ironic things about capitalism is that the capitalist will sell you the rope to hang himself with.It is not the man who has little, but he who desires more, that is poor.Leadership is a privilege to better the lives of others. It is not an opportunity to satisfy personal greed. The organization and constant onward sweep of this movement exemplifies the resentment of the many toward the selfishness, greed and the neglect of the few.
Earth provides enough to satisfy every man's need, but not every man's greed. The animal kingdom is surviving because there is no greed. Animals just take what they want for themselves, but not humans. Humans driven by greed try to take everything and end up losing everything as well.
Ok, noted.
