When a Thai company wanted to employ me in Bangkok, they had so much difficulties. They succeeded because they were a public listed company.
I can imagine how difficult it is for other companies, other Singaporeans trying to seek employment overseas.
Considering how easy it is for foreigners to com and work here, the despots should sign some Free Employment Agreements like the Free Trade Agreements.
Since Singapore has so few people, it should not be a problem. China, more than a billion. Indonesia more than 200 million. Thailand more than 60 million. Malaysia, more than 20 million.
At the very least, these countries must allow the same number of Singaporeans to work in their country, the number of their citizens working in Singapore.
The despots must consider the interests of Singaporeans above all else instead of making policies for self, relatives, party, cronies and dogs.

I think u know few decades ago, SG's GDP per capita was only
a fraction of Australia.How come currently SG's is one third HIGHER than
Australia?Dunt tell me becos SG is small all these nonsense.

Why do you drag Dr Chee Soon Juan and Australia into this and talk about all sorts of irrelevant stuff?
Do you personally think Singapore should have reciprocal Free Employment Agreements with countries that have massive numbers of their citizens working here?
